NCT 127의 영어 디지털 싱글. 네 번째 미니 앨범 NCT #127 WE ARE SUPERHUMAN의 선공개곡 Highway to Heaven의 영어 버전이다.

2019년 6월 2일 NCT 127이 샌프란시스코에서 참여한 Wazzmatazz에서 멤버 쟈니가 'Highway to Heaven'의 영어 버전이 있다고 밝혔으며, 7월 16일 NCT 127의 글로벌 홈페이지에서 카운트다운이 시작되었다. 이어 7월 18일 싱글 발매 소식이 SNS에 업데이트 됨으로써 싱글 발매를 위한 카운트다운이었음이 확정되었다.

글로벌 플랫폼으로는 2019년 7월 18일 9시(PDT), 대한민국 로컬 플랫폼으로는 7월 19일 12시(KST) 음원이 공개되며, 뮤직비디오는 7월 23일 0시(KST)에 공개된다.

이 곡의 한국어 버전은 선공개곡으로 국내 방송활동이 없었고, 'Superhuman' 활동 종료 후 2019년 하반기 NCT 127이 해외 일정을 위주로 활동하던 시기를 앞두고 싱글이 발매되었기 때문에 Global Citizen과 MTV EMA 등 해외에서 주로 공연하였다. 다만 이 싱글의 발매 전까지는 해외에서도 한국어 버전으로 공연했다.

국내에서도 무대를 보고 싶다는 요청이 꾸준히 이어졌으며, 겨울 팬미팅 ‘WINTER 127 with NCTzen 127’ 개최를 앞두고 Lysn 팬 커뮤니티에서 보고 싶은 무대를 투표하는 《NCTZen 127의 댄스 뮤직》 리퀘스트에서 가장 많은 표를 얻었다. 이 팬미팅에서 국내 최초로 공연되었고 국내인 만큼 한국어 버전으로 공연했다.
